When we decided to sell the pool table I needed to place an ad in the newspaper. My husband took the pool table measurements and I took the digital photo to include with the advertisement. We had enjoyed the table throughout our lives but had gotten too old to play much anymore. None of our children cared anything about it, so I hoped we could make some money from the table when we sold it.  It was very sturdy and made of 3 pieces of slate that was covered with green felt. There was interesting hand carved woodwork on the legs and sides.
