I love awesome views. It’s something that always earns a lot of jealousy from the friends and distant family during visits, and sometimes I just bask in the relaxation. However, it gets kind of stale when your home is a bit small, so I’d best look for an upgrade…if I hadn’t already found 108 Channelview Rd in the Rockport TX real estate area. This place has got it all: 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a great view and resides on two lots in Holiday Beach. Even my jealous friends think it’s quite the bang for the buck. If that’s not enough incentive at  $267,000, then I don’t know what is!
