The lady down the street got an arizona home equity loan. She had a really hard time getting the home equity loan. She went to her regular bank and was denied. She applied at a different credit union and was automatically given the loan. She needed the home equity loan to do some major repairs on her home. She had a leaky roof and her gutters were falling down. She also wanted to redo her kitchen and half bathroom. She painted her entire house with the money she was able to use from her loan. She also put in a new driveway and shrubbery around the house.
