My friend Candy stopped by my house last night with a bottle of wine. I knew by the look of excited on her face that she had gotten one of the Arizona USDA loans that she had applied for. She said she was, so excited that she had gotten the loan that she wanted to celebrate. I told her we could enjoy the bottle of wine on my back patio. As we were drinking our wine I told Candy that we would soon be drinking wine in her backyard. She said she would invite me over as soon as she got settled into her new house.
