Even though we had fun, I would caution anyone who wants to take teacup pigs on a walk around their neighborhood, or someplace else even busier with people. I tried this the other day and it made it quite difficult to get down the street from our home. Every single person who was walking, and even a few in cars, stopped to find out what my teacup was and how they could get one. We got about a minute down the sidewalk, and my neighbor at the end of the street stopped us first. He said he had never seen a piglet so small, and never seen a pig on a leash. I told him he was a teacup pig and mentioned that they are a bit pricey being an exotic animal and all. He didn’t seem to care, he gave me his number and wanted to me to call him with the information on how to get one. These piglets sure have started quite the craze.
