When buying gold eagles makes sense

In speaking with a few people from the office about the benefits of buying gold and silver, I realised that very few people actually had a clue. Most people have no idea why investing in gold is a good idea.
Take the American gold eagle coins for example. They are a real treasure. I mean these coins are really popular and the gold content in the gold eagles are guaranteed by the US Government. So you can rest assured that they will always contain the gold content that they claim to.
The trends in gold eagles have been great over the past few years, not just gold eagles but all precious metals in general. The value of gold and silver is rising at a rapid rate that far surpasses that of any bank interest rate. Do the math! Investing in gold makes perfect sense!
