I have been looking for work for several long months, and finally landed a job in a factory.  I was a little concerned at first because of the high level of noise, but was relieved once I saw that everyone on the floor was wearing hearing protectors.  Because the earmuffs were all the same, I knew the company provided the protection for their employees.  It made me see right off the bat that this company cared about the people that worked for them.  This was something I liked.  I feel fortunate to have found a good job at a company that cares.
