Being Watched Day And Night For Successful Dieting

Dieting is a good way to combat the fat but combining exercise with diet is the best way. All of us know this but not many follow through. Without a person like Bob or Jillian pushing me and watching what I eat, I am lost to what I term “the fat pool”. I can do good for a day or two and then I am overeating all the foods I love that I have not eaten for two days. Sad but true. The only other method that has helped me is to have a competition with the girls at work, them I am in it till the end.
