Then my cousin signed me up for english courses in new york. At first, I did not even want to go to the class, but my cousin would not take no for an answer. She told me that I just did not have a choice. That one class opened up so many doors for me. I got my first good job from someone I met in that class.

Dry hands From Washing Hands

July 7th, 2010 by admin

I use to wash my hands to much that my skin would get dry and cracked. I was worried of human parvo and other viruses being in contact with me, of even my baby that I would play with. The doctor let me know that I didn’t need to wash my hands that often, but it was really hard for me to stop. It took quite some time, almost 3 months for me to get my hand washing under control to a point that I only wash my hands before and after eating as well as after I go to the bathroom. I am really glad I talked to the doctor about this issue.

We wondered why they were moving

July 7th, 2010 by admin

After I picked up my daughter from school, I saw a south african real estate sign that I hadn’t noticed before. We walk the same way every day, so I was very surprised to see that house for sale. We had known the owners a very long time, and we didn’t think that they would ever sell it. My daughter asked me where they were going and we decided to walk up the driveway, and knock on the door and see if they were home. One of the owners answered the door, and we asked them if they were moving far, and that we would be very sad if they were leaving. We were pleased to hear that they were just moving somewhere that was smaller and a good size for the two of them. We ended up staying for a cup of tea and some cookies. We’re going to visit them in their new home when the move.
