I really need to Sell my house fast – we’ll actually its my sister house. However, I’ve been living there for nearly 5 years and it feels like my home too!

We need to sell really quickly as we are now very much behind with our mortgage payments and we could be repossessed if we dont sell it quick.

We spoke to an estate agent on Mill St and she recommended we sell via a quick sale specialist. She said we may be able to sell with the 4 week time frame we have been given if we are quick.

We’ll have to give a big discount on the sale price, however anything beats losing our home altogether.

I have spoken to the mortgage provider about our plans and they have agreed to give us an extention to give us time to sell the house on.

Now, we are going through the process with a company called Repossession-stoppers.com and they are taking care of everything. After the sale we’ll also have some money left over to pay a deposit on a flat we are looking to rent in the town centre.

My husband and I have been talking about finishing our basement for a long time. I have everything planned out. I know the layout, the finishes, the paint colors, and the furniture, but my husband isn’t willing to even discuss it until we get the money saved up. I told him that we just need to get an arizona home equity loan to pay for it, but my husband is scared to death of debt. If there is one thing that I can not stand doing anymore, it has to be moving. I have found a few that I want to go check out so I will be doing that this weekend. I just have to fit it in among dress fittings and everything else I have to get done.
